The Summary Report pinpoints application trouble spots and shows, among other things, the relative effectiveness of Speech and DTMF input modalities. This data is critical in helping our team of experts quickly determine where and how to deploy resources for maximum optimization benefits.
The Detailed Interaction Point Report provides deep insight into how your callers interact at every IP in the application. Of particular value here is the IP Navigation Index. This is a number that can range from 1 - 100 (100 being best) indicating the overall level of ease callers have with a particular IP. By observing this number as changes are made to the application script, you can quickly determine how effective those changes were.
